70% CACAO with Panela
This chocolate is made by combining Fine Flavour Cacao with unrefined organic whole cane sugar, known as Panela or Tapa Dulce. Panela is made by boiling and evaporating sugarcane juice, an artisanal technique common in Latin America. Nortico Cacao Farm uses panela produced in Tayutic, a small rural village where Aldo, one of our founders grew up, making this chocolate bar even more personal and special.
